Eligibility & Compliance
You must be at least 18 years old and a US resident to use Konsentify.com.You must be a licensed health insurance agent in good standing in your state(s) of operation. Your use of Konsentify.com must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including HIPAA privacy rules.
User Accounts & Responsibilities
Create a secure Konsentify.com account and maintain its confidentiality. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Keep your account information and password confidential. Restrict access to your computer and Konsentify.com account.
